Lead design, build, and operate large-scale Azure infrastructure and IDPs. Implement IaC, CI/CD, observability, SLIs/SLOs, DR and audit remediation. Mentor geo-distributed teams, manage ITSM, and ensure compliance, security, cost, and scalability across platforms.

Operate FinOps and technical enablement functions to improve infrastructure financial visibility, governance, capacity planning, and optimisation across cloud, on-premises, AI/GPU and shared scientific platforms. Partner with R&D, finance, procurement and providers to deliver forecasting, showback, attribution, business cases, and stakeholder alignment for infrastructure investment decisions.

Perform end-to-end record-to-report activities for Korean-speaking country clusters, including month/quarter/year-end closings, ledger transactions, reconciliations, analytical reviews, reporting, audit support, internal controls, and continuous process improvements while collaborating across teams.

Partner with global stakeholders to support and improve Roche digital platforms and processes: handle incidents and service requests, consult on platform configurations and limitations, prioritize backlog and contribute to product roadmap and PI planning, train and enable affiliates, and drive operational improvements to enhance digital maturity and performance.

Design scalable, secure, standards-based solutions for R&D lab contexts. Lead solution lifecycle from architecture and NFRs to implementation, create data models/taxonomies/ontologies, produce PoCs, manage technical debt, drive reference architectures and vendor assessments, and align stakeholders.
