The PositionMain Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Coordinates or participate in cross function projects, provide business expertise to fulfill the process optimization, identifies the gaps in business system to meet he business requirements and improve process efficiency
2. Support global/region system and data management project implementation
3. Define business needs, develop the proposal to meet the requirements
4. Target on continuous improvement to SLA KPI for operation effectiveness
5. Business acumen ability and focus on creative thinking and team work.
6. Daily system and data consulting support to ensure data accuracy and integrity in operation activities and analysis report.
7. Periodically provide user training for key user(s)
Education& Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Appropriate discipline
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Good command of MS office software application
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years’ related working experience
Professional Capabilities/Skills:
Good data acumen, and preferably data analytics and mining tools
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues of a complex nature.
