Automate information security risk processes across ServiceNow IRM, troubleshoot and monitor AI and automation tools, maintain data integrations, and translate security expertise into intelligent workflows. The role also supports users, improves AI accuracy, researches emerging AI applications, and collaborates with security, privacy, risk, compliance, and IT stakeholders.

Lead and implement complex ERP Commercial Finance initiatives (Intercompany Non-Trade Finance and Operational Transfer Pricing) using SAP S4 Finance, SAP BTP and SAP PaPM. Advise leadership, analyze root causes, evaluate strategic solutions, manage ambiguous requirements, and coordinate cross-functional delivery for long-term ERP finance transformation.

Independently leads end-to-end business analysis workstreams involving complex, ambiguous problems. Responsibilities include requirements elicitation and documentation, root cause analysis, stakeholder workshops, solution evaluation, strategic implementation planning, roadmap contribution, and process improvement. The role acts as a trusted advisor across functions, manages interdependencies, mentors junior analysts, and contributes to business analysis best practices and the Community of Practice.

Design, standardize, and implement secure development frameworks and automation for network security. Build modular automation, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines to scale network controls; collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and incident response teams to maintain reliability, testing, and operational excellence across on-prem and cloud network protections.
