Partners with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Government Affairs, executives, and business operations. Requires bilingual English and Mandarin communication, healthcare communications experience, stakeholder influence, and crisis readiness.

Manage direct-materials procurement through market research, category analysis, sourcing strategy, RFx development, vendor selection, contract negotiation, supplier management, and buying-channel automation. Collaborate with procurement teams and business stakeholders, lead forums, support customer demand, improve buying experiences, and drive training, technology implementation, productivity, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Leads global indirect procurement operations across R&D, digital and technology, facilities, utilities, and corporate services. Manages approximately 100 employees plus external providers, allocates resources, develops senior talent, and advises executive stakeholders across a geographically distributed organization.

Own and improve the reliability, performance, scalability, and availability of Roche’s SAP Digital Core ERP platform, including S/4HANA and integrated systems. Responsibilities include capacity planning, system tuning, bottleneck analysis, incident and problem management, health monitoring, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements. The role partners with SAP developers, functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to reduce technical debt, strengthen architecture, and support strategic ERP platform roadmaps.
