  • Metrics Development and Impact Measurement: Develop and manage metrics frameworks that demonstrate the real impact of communications and engagement programmes. Analyse feedback data, engagement metrics, and audience insights to inform continuous improvement and demonstrate value to procurement leadership.
  • Strategic Programme Delivery: Own or co-lead key communications and engagement initiatives and workstreams as part of the multi-year communications roadmap. Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, success metrics, and stakeholder expectations across complex matrix environments.
  • Digital and  Emerging Technology Integration: Leverage digital tools, emerging technologies (including AI), and employee engagement platforms to enhance communication reach, personalisation, and effectiveness. Support the integration of new digital solutions into communications and engagement delivery.
  • Capability Building and Organisational Embedding: Work to embed communications and engagement thinking across procurement teams and projects. Advise procurement leaders and project owners on how to communicate and engage effectively, building internal capability and positioning communications as core to how the function operates.
