Paid 11-week, in-person summer internship contributing to a real healthcare analytics project. Interns will analyze healthcare data, build visualizations or tools, surface actionable insights, and present findings while collaborating with analysts and a dedicated manager on the Jacksonville campus.

Provide senior-level communications consulting to leadership: develop messaging, presentations, and spokesperson materials; advise on strategy, risks, and impacts; influence stakeholders and may manage a small team and oversee reporting and evaluation.

Manage and oversee accounting functions including financial statement preparation, complex journal entries, reconciliations, compliance with accounting standards, audit support, supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing technical accounting guidance, and delivering financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Lead mid-complexity strategic sourcing and contract negotiations, collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT and business stakeholders, manage RFI/RFP processes, evaluate vendors, ensure regulatory and policy compliance (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS), draft and negotiate contracts, produce executive summaries and management reporting, and drive process improvements and vendor accountability.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and contract negotiations for mid-to-high complexity acquisitions. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT and business stakeholders, manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate vendors using scoring matrices, and draft/execute contracts ensuring regulatory and risk compliance (HIPAA, CMS, FEP). Drive process improvement, vendor accountability, and produce executive summaries and management reporting to support decision-making.

Design, operate, and evolve multi-cloud and hybrid network architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP). Lead connectivity, segmentation, routing, security enforcement, observability, automation (IaC), incident response, and mentor engineers. Manage enterprise switching/routing/wireless platforms, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in on-call rotations and audits.

Manage renewals for mid-market employer groups (50-499), coordinate marketing and enrollment efforts, maintain agent and client relationships, educate agents on products/processes, and drive retention and renewal goals through proposals, RFP influence, and enrollment support.

Provide administrative and operational support to leadership: prepare and validate data and reports, coordinate cross-functional communications, support projects, produce presentations, and perform executive support tasks to enable strategic focus and continuous improvement.

Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for new hires and existing staff in claims and customer service; mentor employees, provide coaching and performance feedback, evaluate and improve training content, partner with operations and instructional design, and perform administrative tasks related to course effectiveness and learner progress.

Senior leader responsible for enterprise acquisition marketing strategy and serving as CMX's strategic representative to the ACA segment. Leads acquisition planning, creative and communications, campaign operations, and local market/sales support. Mobilizes cross-functional CMX experts, oversees campaign execution across channels, ensures compliance, drives performance measurement and forecasting, and builds trusted relationships with segment leaders to align marketing to business growth targets.
