Designs, models, tests, modifies, fabricates, and assembles downhole completion tool prototypes. Performs design calculations, layouts, technical feasibility analyses, product testing, sustaining engineering, and technical support. The role also supports manufacturing engineering, production process and equipment design, and project planning and management.

Builds executive and operational customer relationships, develops account and sales strategies, presents solutions, manages forecasts and CRM activity, and collaborates across NOV business groups to expand opportunities. The role also supports field sales, identifies product improvements, and strengthens NOV’s position as a technology and solutions leader.

Provides technical support to Oil & Gas and Marine/Offshore clients, including piping system design, installation, maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Collaborates with engineering teams, conducts site visits, prepares technical reports, trains customers and service partners, communicates project updates, supports engineering process improvements, and ensures health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Oversee accounting close activities, ledger management, reconciliations, financial reporting, taxation, SOX controls, audits, and statutory compliance across multiple entities or ledgers. Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and US GAAP while coordinating with shared services, tax, treasury, auditors, and business teams. Use SAP or Oracle ERP to validate financial data, support reporting, resolve system issues, and improve accounting processes through standardization and automation.

Reviews and validates journal entries, reconciliations, accounting schedules, tax compliances, ledger balances, coding, and SOX control documentation across multiple entities. Identifies errors, control gaps, and financial risks; ensures audit-ready workpapers; supports financial close and audits; communicates and resolves review observations; and partners with Shared Services and Finance teams to improve accounting quality.

Design, implement, and maintain IAM across Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, and AWS IAM. Integrate SSO/MFA using SAML/OAuth/OIDC/WS-Fed, automate identity lifecycles and certification campaigns with PowerShell/Python/Okta Workflows, enforce Zero Trust/RBAC/JML policies, support PAM, audits, and cross-team identity governance.

Coordinates the tracking, inventory management, repair, and rework of power section fleet assets. Collaborates with third-party vendors, maintains asset information in TAT, performs annual counts, supports project action planning, and ensures timely repairs. The role also requires adherence to HSEQ, SSE, quality, housekeeping, and 5S requirements in a factory environment.

Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, routings and BOMs to reduce lead time and cost, improve quality and productivity. Support suppliers, maintain ECNs/ERP configuration, create SOPs and drawings, disposition non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
