Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients in the field, ensuring smooth installations and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design, install, and maintain piping systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Document and communicate technical information effectively, creating comprehensive reports and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Provide technical trainings to customer and service partners.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of engineering processes and procedures, improving overall efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • Minimum 02+ years of work experience in similar position.
  • Piping knowledge encompassing design, installation, and operation is essential.
  • Experience in engineering construction within the Oil & Gas, Marine/Offshore, Refinery, or Petro-Chemical industries is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel and work in diverse field environments, adapting to different work settings.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Skills Required
