Serve as the escalation point for complex Amphion control system issues, performing in-depth troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, root cause analysis, and reporting. Support global teams and customers, contribute to product reliability and design improvements, deliver technical guidance, training, and documentation, and ensure compliance with company quality and HSE standards.

Provide administrative, sales, and customer service support including compliance screening, order entry, customer setup, CRM dashboard maintenance, license agreement processing, switchboard relief, and on-call coverage to ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

Administer and optimize Jira and Confluence (Data Center and Cloud), manage PostgreSQL databases, support containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes/AKS/Rancher), monitor with Prometheus/Grafana, troubleshoot integrations and plugins, configure workflows and permissions, manage Jira Assets, produce documentation, train users, and drive automation and governance across global teams.

Lead day-to-day purchasing and sourcing activities: negotiate contracts, develop category strategies, manage suppliers and stakeholder expectations, drive cost savings and efficiency, ensure compliance, and use data to support forecasting and procurement decisions.

Execute ERP purchasing signals, maintain ERP data, support purchasing automation, obtain supplier quotes, ensure on-time delivery and payment, coordinate logistics and warehouse issue resolution, improve KPIs, and ensure HSE compliance and policy adherence.

Lead monthly IFRS financial close and reporting, manage tax compliance and transfer pricing, oversee annual statutory audit, prepare budgets and forecasts, present to Board, support CFO with ad-hoc requests, and manage treasury activities.

Perform dismantle, inspection, and failure analysis on returned/failed equipment, identify root causes, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve reliability and product quality.

Drive regional growth for multistage horizontal pump systems (HPS) by supporting sales teams, managing complex B2B sales cycles, building relationships with operators, EPCs and distributors, identifying project opportunities across target markets, providing technical/engineered pumping solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and negotiating high-value contracts. Participate in quoting, system design, application review, and optimization while tracking sales activities and representing NOV at industry events.

Provide site-level quality leadership for QMS maintenance and improvement, conduct internal and supplier audits, own NCR/CAPA and root-cause investigations, perform final QA release, support customer and third-party inspections/certification, and contribute to regional/global QA activities.

Sell power generation capital equipment by generating RFP responses, closing orders, developing account strategies, building executive-level relationships, coordinating cross-functional proposal development, maintaining CRM records, and representing NOV at industry events. Heavy domestic and international travel required.
