Designs, builds, maintains, monitors, and optimizes cloud or on-premises ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale batch and real-time data processing. Ensures data quality, security, compliance, reliability, scalability, and performance. Collaborates with business, technology, operations, governance, data quality, architecture, data science, DevOps, and BI teams to deliver production-grade data solutions.

Leads strategy, roadmaps, delivery, and modernization of sales technology platforms, including CRM, sales enablement, workflow integrations, RFP tools, and AI-enabled solutions. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, complex travel arrangements, expense and invoice processing, presentation and report preparation, confidential information handling, records maintenance, supply ordering, facilities requests, and stakeholder communication. The role requires independent prioritization, discretion, organization, multitasking, and support for senior executives in a hybrid Tampa office environment.

Serve as a strategic HR partner for a Global Technology organization: advise senior leaders on org design, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development; analyze workforce metrics; lead employee engagement and organizational health; partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver compensation, learning, talent acquisition, global mobility, and change management solutions.

Support the Global Client Group with sales and pipeline analytics, dashboards, forecasting, and executive-ready reporting. Deliver data-driven insights, develop BI tools, and drive process improvements using AI, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize sales and business performance.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior audit leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic/international travel and expenses, prepare presentations and reports, organize meetings and events, handle confidential information, and partner with EAs and business partners to ensure seamless operations.

Support daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end data integrity and reconciliation for investment platforms. Reconcile cash balances, validate portfolio cash projections, act as data steward for reference data, troubleshoot data quality issues, support ad hoc reporting, and document processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and automation.

Lead development of web, mobile, and backend applications using modern cloud technologies. Design and implement major components, build secure and high-quality solutions, develop RESTful APIs, perform database and SQL development, conduct unit testing, configure mobile entitlements and deployment profiles, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Participates in MetLife’s Actuarial Development Program, rotating through actuarial assignments such as pricing, product development, reserving, modeling, financial analysis, asset-liability management, and investments. Performs actuarial calculations, data analysis, risk evaluations, research, reporting, and recommendations for the retirement business. Collaborates with internal and external partners, supports reporting automation, presents projects to senior management, and prepares for Society of Actuaries examinations toward the FSA designation.
