The Opportunity
The Director, HR Business Partner will support a Global Technology organization, delivering people solutions that drive business performance. This role will consult senior leaders on organizational design, strategic workforce and talent planning, change management, and leadership development. Additionally, the HRBP will collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to provide business solutions and consultation across HR data analytics, compensation, learning and development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and global mobility.
How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Serve as a strategic HR partner, providing consulting and guidance to leaders to drive business transformation and organizational effectiveness.
- Advise on organizational design, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development through coaching and development initiatives.
- Analyze workforce and business metrics to identify opportunities, recommend actions, and support achievement of business objectives.
- Lead organizational health and employee engagement efforts to enhance productivity, culture, and overall performance.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions, execute enterprise initiatives, communicate policy changes, and drive continuous process improvements.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience with a proven track record of driving people strategies that support business outcomes.
- Strong ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior executives in complex, matrixed, and global environments.
- Data-driven and analytical, leveraging workforce metrics and insights to shape strategy and solve business challenges.
- Demonstrated success building relationships across global HR and business teams, including experience supporting third-party/vendor-heavy workforces.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; bachelor's degree required, advanced degree and technology industry experience preferred.
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
$125,000 - $160,000
The expected salary range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
