Support the Product Manager for Disability & Absence by analyzing operations and data, defining product requirements and user stories, prioritizing roadmaps, and partnering with Operations and Technology to deliver solutions. Drive business cases, benefit realization, and explore automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes in an Agile environment.

Draft, review, and maintain annuity contracts and related documents; manage regulatory filing activities (SERFF), analyze regulatory impacts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support contract management tools and process improvements.

Manage performance, training, quality reviews, call monitoring, and administer concurrent claims (e.g., STD, FMLA, PFML). Escalate issues and drive process improvements to meet business objectives and expense targets.

Design and build cloud-native, microservices-based applications from scratch using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. Implement REST APIs, database design, and distributed systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Lead security master setup, data quality controls, and reconciliation support for North America with global oversight. Drive data governance, partner with asset originators and reconciliation teams, resolve data issues, produce operational metrics, support platform implementations, and implement process improvements to ensure accurate reference data for trading, reporting, and risk management.
