ポジションを募集する背景
・会社として法人マーケットへの取り組みをさらに推進していくにあたり、法人マーケット支援部署を拡大するための人材補強となります。
職務内容
１） 直販営業社員、および代理店募集人に向けた法人・富裕層案件発掘と個別案件サポート
（案件相談、同行支援、案件発掘、その他各種サポートの実施）
２） 直販営業社員、および代理店募集人等に向けた法人営業ノウハウの提供
（各種研修、勉強会の実施）
３） 各種営業支援施策の企画および関連部署への提案、実施後の検証・報告
経験・スキル・資格・学歴（必須）
【経験・スキル】
・営業経験がある方
・コミュニケーション力・調整力がある方
・責任感があり、主体的に業務を行うことができる方
【資格】
・ファイナンシャルプランナー資格（AFPもしくはFP2級以上）
または専門性の高い国家資格（税理士、社会保険労務士、中小企業診断士など）を有する方
【学歴】
・大学卒業以上
経験・スキル・資格・学歴（なお可）
【経験・スキル】
・生命保険業界における業務経験がある方
・金融機関における法人営業経験がある方
・プレゼンテーションスキルのある方
