Lead IO and pad ring planning for advanced SoC storage and memory controller designs. Create and validate pad ring DEFs, bump maps, IO netlists, and handoff deliverables. Coordinate with architecture, IP, packaging, implementation, foundry, and verification teams to ensure IO/package compliance, support silicon debug, and drive design improvements.

Develop and validate production test programs and embedded firmware for touch controller ICs. Perform analog module characterization, debugging, failure analysis, and collaborate with design, firmware, and product/test teams to improve development methodology and quality flow.

The Principal IO Mixed Signal Design Engineer will integrate and verify mixed signal blocks in high-speed IOs for FPGAs, develop custom circuits, and support post-tapeout phases.

Create application collateral, provide technical training, and support sales/field teams and customers. Coordinate product development with Design, Test, Product, and Marketing teams and assist in new product definition and sustaining maintenance.

Support development, characterization, and production testing of memory products. Create and execute test programs on ATE, perform DFT and BIST analysis, run bench measurements with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, collaborate with design/product/manufacturing teams to improve yield, quality, and reliability, and automate test tasks using C/C++ and Python.

Develop automotive reference designs, customer projects, and application notes; provide technical support to OEMs/Tier-1s; create documentation and training; collaborate with FAEs, sales, and marketing; promote adoption of automotive technologies.

Lead design and development of high-performance cross-platform C/C++ and Qt applications. Manage compiler and build toolchains, develop CI/CD and build systems, automate workflows with Python and scripting, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as the automotive customer interface to ensure compliance with international standards and customer-specific requirements, manage PPAP and change processes, resolve supply chain escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive process optimization and digital/AI-enabled improvements, and support customer-facing initiatives and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, assist employee relations and performance processes, maintain HR records and HRIS data, support benefits administration, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policy, prepare HR reports, and provide administrative support to HR manager.
