Provide technical leadership from architecture through productization, mentor global teams, solve circuit performance challenges, and collaborate on interfacing with embedded CPUs, DSPs, and accelerators. Drive analog test/productization and strategic design trade-offs.

Lead integration and verification of memory IPs (SRAM/ROM/EEPROM/OTP/NVM) into SoC digital subsystems. Perform RTL design, CDC, lint, synthesis, and STA; coordinate with verification, physical design, and validation teams; support post-silicon debug and contribute to architecture and design reviews.

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from engineering build through qualification and initial manufacturing release. Coordinate cross-functional teams, execute process characterization and DOE, monitor yield and CTQs, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions, prepare qualification documentation, and hand over to sustaining/process engineering.

Manage import/export customs clearances and documentation, prepare customs paperwork and archives, collect and report Intrastat movements, handle export licences with the Ministry, and perform transactions in Helios and corporate systems (Fusion, Oracle).

Lead and manage a process engineering team for photolithography and etch in wafer fabrication. Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, drive DOE/SPC-based process optimization, perform failure analysis, implement process controls and error-proofing, coordinate cross-functional technology transfers and equipment/vendor qualifications, and drive continuous improvement and metrology enhancements.
