Plan, schedule, and monitor material flow through production. Determine material requirements from engineering and production schedules, coordinate with purchasing/engineering, develop contract order specs, analyze data to solve production planning problems, and apply judgment within established policies.

Lead and manage a team of Wet-Cleans engineers in a semiconductor fab, prioritize and direct projects, drive continuous improvement and structured problem solving, ensure production, quality, and cost objectives are met, and develop/coach engineers and technicians.

Drive integration of BCD semiconductor technologies from development through qualification and manufacturing readiness. Ensure manufacturability, yield, reliability, tooling readiness, and defect control across coupled process flows, and coordinate cross‑module technical decisions to enable volume production.

Develop and deploy inline inspection and defect-yield management strategies to reduce MTTD and improve yield. Analyze defect data, generate Pareto charts, run DOE, build and sustain image classification and AI models, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous defect improvement.
