Provide test development services to the Business Units / Factory as required by New Product Introductions and/or capacity improvement initiative.
Responsibilities· Definition and development of Test Plans for integrated circuits supporting tester or multisite migration.
· Implementation of Test Plans on a specific tester platform through software and hardware development.
· Pre-production characterization of the test and measurement system, including but not limited to GRR and capability studies, correlation, and electrical guard band analysis.
· Continuous improvement of test integrity and efficiency implementation through periodic review of standards in cost and quality targets.
· Support in implementing test screens for customer and potential customer issues.
· Support EBR runs and resolve NPD/EBR-related Test Issues
· Perform other related tasks assigned by Supervisor
Qualificationso BS degree in ECE, EE or Computer Engineering or equivalent degree in Semiconductor Physics and Electronics
· Skills
o Above average working knowledge of Analog and Digital circuits and general troubleshooting skills.
o Above average working knowledge of general computer programming, and at least one tester-oriented programming language.
o Basic understanding of and ability to apply statistical analysis.
o Oral and written communication effectiveness.
