Lead system-level technical evaluation, application feasibility, and product validation for SiC power modules in automotive and industrial power conversion. Serve as primary customer technical interface, drive design wins, produce datasheets and application notes, collaborate with design, reliability, quality, and manufacturing, and lead cross-functional issue investigations to resolve complex application challenges.

Engage with global customers, embed real-world use cases into product requirements, collaborate on roadmap and specifications, oversee reference designs and validation environments, make technical decisions, manage risks, and drive release to production.

Lead product marketing for industrial and commercial sensing: define product strategy and roadmaps, market segmentation, go-to-market and pricing, sales and channel enablement, launch readiness, and customer engagement. Influence cross-functional teams, drive demand creation, assess market and competitive performance, and develop product collateral while mentoring a product marketing team to improve portfolio competitiveness and execution.

Lead release and product health for new semiconductor products by improving yield, quality, and test performance. Debug and qualify test programs and hardware, perform product characterization and failure/low-yield analysis, coordinate with fabs, assembly and offshore sites, support NPI qualification, and assist load board repair.

Lead evaluation and validation of advanced SiC power modules, perform simulation and hands-on bench testing, design/test evaluation boards, produce application notes/datasheets, support customers and product roadmap, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Hands-on process engineer responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing assembly and wafer processes. Designs and implements process improvements, leads basic engineering projects, executes experiments and statistical analysis, documents processes, tracks metrics, and provides technical support and training across cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Support manufacturing cost planning and monthly financial forecasting. Prepare weekly tracking reports, monthly journal entries, and close reports. Analyze variances, consolidate forecasts, coordinate with site and BU finance, and drive reporting automation and process improvements.
