Responsible for the release of New products and takes ownership of the overall Product health (Quality and Yield). Performs activities that will improve outgoing quality, cost and performance of the product.
Responsibilities· Work with wafer Fab, assembly sites and Design group on resolution of product and test issues.
· Perform yield improvement, quality enhancement, test optimization (including flow reduction and test time reduction).
· Qualify and correlate new test program and hardware.
· Perform product characterization.
· Assist in repair of load boards
· Low yield lot analysis and disposition
· Electrical gate failed lot analysis and disposition
· Test program debugging, analysis, enhancement, qualification, and control.
· Coordinate with internal operations on product issues and concern.
· Coordinate with offshore sites on product issues and concern.
· Perform other related tasks assigned by Supervisor
· Support NPI qualification
Qualifications· Education
o BS degree in ECE, EE or Computer Engineering
· Experience
o At least 2 years direct experience Final Test Product Engineering or Test Development
o Background in wafer fab process is an advantage
· Skills
o Knowledge in Logic, Analog and mixed signal testing methodology.
o Knowledge in various tester models would be an advantage
o Analytical with Good problem solving and communication skills and able to perform under pressure.
o Basic Failure Analysis techniques
o Basic understanding of and ability to apply statistical analysis
