Lead foundry engineering for SiC/GaN power devices: develop and transfer technology to external foundries, drive process integration, yield/quality improvements, qualification, and ramp to mass production while coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Support Global Accounts Payable by resolving Oracle issues, proposing and testing AP process improvements, monitoring SOX controls, assisting ERP integrations during M&A, and driving continuous improvement.

Lead North America compensation strategy and programs including base pay, salary structures, incentives, job architecture, market pricing, governance, pay equity, analytics, and compensation planning; advise HR, Finance, Legal and business leaders; manage team and reporting to support attraction, retention, and fiscal discipline.

Lead SiC JFET process integration for technology development, transfer, and qualification. Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve performance and yield. Manage process routes, engineering run plans, and controls. Analyze large datasets to identify root causes and drive robustness. Collaborate with process teams, create test structures/methodologies, set design rules and process control limits for manufacturable, cost-competitive SiC power technologies.

Field Applications Engineer responsible for SiC market investigation and technical field support of onsemi SiC bare die and module products. Engage customers on product selection, specifications, system design, reliability, quality, and manufacturing. Support Power Module manufacturers (OEMs and Tier 1), collaborate with field sales to drive design-ins, present technical materials, and coordinate internal debugging and application engineering.
