Leads supplier development, qualification, localization, dual sourcing, supplier quality, risk mitigation, and NPI/NPD readiness across mechanical, electrical, and electronics commodities. Owns supplier audits, PPAP, FAI, APQP, corrective actions, capability improvement, and production launches. Partners with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure supply continuity and global manufacturing support. Manages and develops Supplier Development Engineers while driving Lean, Six Sigma, and strategic supplier initiatives.

Manage customer and item master data in J.D. Edwards and Oracle ERP systems. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and compliance with quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional data setup activities, lead progress meetings, resolve data issues with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, and document data management processes.

Designs and maintains scalable learning frameworks for manufacturing employees, including curricula, certifications, governance, and role-based pathways. Administers and optimizes Workday Learning, manages frontline training programs and records, develops learning dashboards and analytics, and improves workflows and learner experiences. Partners with Operations, HR, EHS, Quality, technology teams, and site leaders to deliver compliance, safety, technical skills, and workforce-readiness learning solutions.

Leads full-cycle recruitment across Europe, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and closing. Develops talent pipelines for critical roles, advises hiring partners on market availability, promotes diversity and inclusion, ensures employment-law compliance, and strengthens the employer brand. Requires proactive stakeholder influence, passive-candidate sourcing, strong communication, organization, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
