Lead development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML tools for histopathology and multimodal clinical data. Manage end-to-end projects including data curation, modeling, evaluation, regulatory considerations, and clinical integration. Collaborate with pathologists, informatics, IT, and clinicians to build secure MLOps pipelines, research translational applications, and develop educational AI tools.

Lead and scale Mayo Clinics enterprise application development organization: establish engineering standards, S-SDLC governance, modern tooling, and educational pathways; manage large distributed teams (including offshore), budgets, and partnerships with clinical and administrative leaders; drive adoption of automation, AI/agents, and resilient self-healing systems to improve delivery, quality, and performance.

Provide administrative support to Finance and Accounting Services leadership, including scheduling, calendar management, meeting/event coordination, travel and expense processing, document and presentation preparation, correspondence transcription, basic web/database/spreadsheet maintenance, phone support, and project assistance while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
