Develops community partnerships, outreach plans, financial education programs, sponsorships, and external events for a credit union. Oversees high school branch support, coordinates vendors and volunteers, creates marketing and social media content, tracks campaign performance and budgets, represents the credit union at community events, and strengthens brand awareness and business referrals across assigned markets.

Leads brand copywriting and content strategy across digital, print, branch, and community channels. Owns Gesa’s brand voice, editorial planning, content governance, standards, audits, and lifecycle management. Translates complex financial information into clear member communications, uses performance data to improve content, partners on SEO and accessibility, and guides responsible adoption of AI content tools. Coaches internal contributors and coordinates stakeholders to ensure consistent, accurate, engaging communications.

Lead marketing strategy for multiple product portfolios, develop integrated go-to-market plans, translate research and performance data into strategic recommendations, drive cross-functional collaboration, manage complex initiatives and vendor partners, establish success measures, and present insights to senior leadership to inform prioritization and growth.
