The Customer Experience Associate III provides technical support and client service, working within established procedures to assess customer needs, gather information, and resolve issues, while communicating effectively with clients.

Serve as a senior benefits subject-matter expert: triage and resolve complex participant issues, review junior work, track system issues, improve processes, support implementations and client escalations, and guide small projects while ensuring policy compliance.

Provide HR operational support for recruiting and onboarding: manage candidate data, coordinate recruiting event logistics, administer pre-employment screenings, ensure new-hire paperwork (including medical/fit reports) and readiness, and follow standardized procedures under moderate supervision.

Handle inbound customer contacts using established scripts and procedures to resolve, transfer, or escalate issues. Identify customer needs from case notes, update databases, meet SLAs, communicate empathetically, and follow company policies under close supervision.

The Document Processing Associate reviews, sorts, and processes incoming documents, ensuring detail-oriented handling of mail and electronic forms.

Prepare and maintain statutory accounts, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, consolidations and financial reports. Research accounting standards, implement process improvements, perform XBRL tagging, analyze expenses and capital requests, ensure regulatory compliance, and support billing and vendor inquiries.

Provide bilingual (Spanish) participant support for benefits administration via phone and web: advise on plan provisions, complete transactions, document case notes, meet call center metrics, handle callbacks and escalate as needed, and guide form completion while complying with policies.
