Serve as an AI-first Technical Product Owner for mobile-first public safety solutions: own and prioritize mobile backlogs, write spec-driven user stories, manage sprint execution, define offline-first and API integrations, incorporate GIS capabilities, coordinate UAT and production triage, and collaborate across product, engineering, QA, and support to ensure reliable real-world performance.

Principal individual-contributor owning end-to-end NG911 network architecture and hands-on deployments. Design AWS and hybrid networks, SIP/VoIP telephony, high-availability call routing, and compliance (CJIS/NIST). Lead complex go-lives, create repeatable IaC deployment standards, coordinate partners and PSAPs, and ensure five-nines reliability and low latency.
