The role requires mechanical design expertise in sheet metal and copper, 3D modeling, 2D drafting, PLM systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Provides immediate design support for production issues, manages the product lifecycle of engineered-to-order busbar designs, and improves design for manufacturability. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional safety, quality, and efficiency improvements; supporting supply chain constraints and new product introduction; and ensuring design quality before production release.

Manages a portfolio of complex supply chain execution and product commercialization projects. Coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners, develops schedules, tracks milestones, mitigates risks, communicates status, and ensures on-time delivery. The role drives process improvement across procurement, production, supply planning, sourcing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution while maintaining stakeholder and vendor relationships. It also supports business process documentation, requirements definition, innovation initiatives, stage-gate methodology, and concurrent project execution.

Lead development of skid concepts and power module architectures, create and review 2D/3D layouts, coordinate multidisciplinary design (electrical/mechanical), perform site surveys and constructability assessments, support equipment integration (MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, busducts), coordinate with suppliers/OEMs, support fabrication/FAT, and drive costing, standardization, and installation/commissioning activities.
