Senior executive responsible for strategy and global delivery of enterprise hardware platforms, embedded systems, Linux-based OS, intelligent peripherals, and cloud-connected device management. Leads end-to-end hardware lifecycle from architecture through manufacturing and sustaining support, manages OEM/ODM and manufacturing partners, drives AI and edge-enabled innovation, and partners with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations and ensure product delivery.

Lead hands-on delivery of retail platform solutions: design, prototype, implement, and operate cloud-native microservices. Integrate AI/agent workflows to accelerate development, drive Dual-Track Agile discovery and delivery, mentor engineers, lead client technical engagements, produce design artifacts (ADRs, APIs, data models), ensure non-functional requirements, and take accountability for post-release support and operational readiness.

Lead enterprise retail technology engagements as a principal technical BA and client product owner: define and document complex requirements, prioritize backlogs, manage scope, mentor BAs, support development and testing, advocate core product capabilities, and deliver measurable retail POS solutions while building trusted client relationships.

Support global indirect procurement by reviewing requisitions, driving sourcing and contract administration, creating purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with policies. Manage supplier onboarding, contract renewals/amendments, invoice resolution, and procurement analysis to maintain audit-ready records and service continuity.

Support technical sales and pre-sales activities: learn Toshiba IoT/AI solutions and hardware, install/configure POS systems, prepare demos and configurations, manage demo inventory, liaise with sales and customers, and develop communication and pre-sales skills.

Manage hiring, performance, career development, and production support; drive Agile execution, CI/CD, and technical decisions while remaining hands-on in design and debugging. Coordinate with Principal Engineers and cross-functional partners to meet SLAs and product goals.

Lead Americas financial reporting and consolidation for ~35 entities, ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance, month-end close, audits, statutory reporting, controls, and process automation. Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team, partner with global finance, drive standardization and AI-enabled improvements, and support executive decision-making and shareholder reporting.
