Provide high-level administrative support to Partners and Principals: manage calendars, travel, timesheets and expenses; support business development and CRM updates; coordinate client communications and marketing mailings; train and cover other EAs; handle visas/work permits and confidential documents; improve team processes and assist with scheduling complex projects.

Serve as a trusted advisor to transportation and affinity clients: manage relationships, design and optimize commercial insurance programs, lead end-to-end program execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, track performance metrics, and support strategic initiatives to drive retention and growth.

Lead end-to-end delivery of defined benefit implementation projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications. Maintain project and risk plans, run meetings, track issues, and drive governance and PMO improvements. Coach junior staff, negotiate resources, and apply AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve delivery, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Support regional FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, financial modeling, month-end reporting, variance analysis, and presentations. Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets, quarterly forecasts, and improved financial projections to guide strategic decisions.

Support Comptryx clients through onboarding and daily product use, analyze and organize client data in Excel, prepare sales/marketing materials, and collaborate with product teams to automate and improve processes while managing a large client portfolio.

Provide administrative and event coordination support for local offices and growth teams: plan and execute client and colleague events, manage logistics, travel, expenses, communications, onboarding assistance, office resiliency, and IT/space coordination while supporting recruiting and local marketing.

Provide operational guidance to retail insurance teams and vendors, manage projects to improve efficiency and client service, support agency operations, and drive process excellence across the McGriff Specialty team.

Provide high-level administrative support to up to three Partners in the Actuarial Practice: manage calendars, travel, client communications, business development CRM tasks, timesheets/expenses, documentation, and team coverage. Support business development and marketing coordination, train and back up other EAs, and maintain confidentiality while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced professional services environment.
