We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and client-focused professional to join the Comptryx team within the Client Solutions Team (CST). Comptryx is a niche Mercer product and application — a remuneration and workforce metrics designed primarily for high-tech companies.
In this role, you will support clients across different markets, help with onboarding and product usage, manage client data, and contribute to process improvements, and automation.
This role combines data analysis, client support, and operational coordination, with opportunities to work closely with internal product and sales teams and to develop further in a more client-facing direction.
We will count on you to:
Analyze, interpret, and organize data using MS Excel and other tools to support client requests and internal decision-making
Support clients throughout the onboarding process and provide day-to-day assistance related to product usage, tools, and client data administration
Assist in sales and marketing activities by preparing materials, supporting presentations, and responding to ad hoc market requests
Work closely with product and internal teams to help improve processes, automate tasks, and support new solutions and ways of working
Contribute to client support across multiple markets, helping manage a large portfolio of Comptryx clients with a strong service mindset
Fluency in English
