As an Apprentice, you will be part of a team assisting in various operational roles, gaining hands-on experience in science and technology solutions.

Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting operational machinery, ensuring safety and efficiency in production processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Own site financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost accounting for a manufacturing site. Partner with plant leadership, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, drive continuous improvement using Danaher Business System/Lean tools, and support audit readiness and standard costing in collaboration with operations.

Lead global PLM/MCAD strategy and standardize engineering processes. Translate business needs into scalable PLM/PDM and MCAD solutions, manage platform administration and testing, support M&A integrations, run governance and user engagement, deliver training and expert-level support to maximize adoption and platform performance.

Support finance compliance, operational accounting, reporting, and controls across Ireland sites. Execute reconciliations, month-end close assistance, R&D accounting, intercompany transactions, inward processing administration, Concur user support, inventory cycle count reporting, accounts receivable tasks, BlackLine reconciliations, audit readiness, and ad hoc finance operations across multiple European sites.

Manage direct sales of microscopes and microscopy products in Dresden/East Germany. Maintain CRM (SFDC) data and reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop sales strategies, pursue new business, and travel frequently to meet customers (~60–80%).

Provide FP&A and business partnering for the Food & Beverage unit: prepare P&L/KPI analysis, forecasts and budgets, consolidate global financial results, support sales and marketing with pricing/margin and investment analysis, and present financial reporting to senior leaders.

Lead enterprise data visualization strategy, governance, and BI platform architecture (Power BI/Qlik/Tableau). Define standards, semantic models, lifecycle management, and AI-enabled analytics to ensure scalable, high-performance, trusted reporting and drive adoption across the organization.

Own and execute end-to-end inbound digital demand generation for a product portfolio: develop customer journey strategies from awareness to loyalty, align content and channels (web, SEO, email, paid, social), drive lead generation and eCommerce, partner with product marketing and channel owners, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.

Lead design, configuration, testing, delivery and support of S/4 HANA Finance solutions (FICO, PS, FSCM, RAR). Write functional specs, manage integrations, conduct testing/UAT, support localization/statutory needs, and collaborate with global teams to implement SAP best practices and process improvements.
