Manage direct sales of microscopes and microscopy products in Dresden/East Germany. Maintain CRM (SFDC) data and reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop sales strategies, pursue new business, and travel frequently to meet customers (~60–80%).

Lead design, configuration, testing, delivery and support of S/4 HANA Finance solutions (FICO, PS, FSCM, RAR). Lead global PLM/MCAD strategy and standardize engineering processes. Translate business needs into scalable PLM/PDM and MCAD solutions, manage platform administration and testing, support M&A integrations, run governance and user engagement, deliver training and expert-level support to maximize adoption and platform performance.

Own site financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost accounting for a manufacturing site. Partner with plant leadership, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, drive continuous improvement using Danaher Business System/Lean tools, and support audit readiness and standard costing in collaboration with operations.

Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for diagnostic hardware systems, assist local engineers remotely or onsite, maintain product knowledge, deliver training, and analyze support metrics to improve service efficiency and reduce part costs across Europe.

Review commercial purchase orders, tenders, and sales agreements to identify non-standard terms and risks; administer contract approval processes; coordinate cross-functional approvals; manage contract administration, reporting, and CLM system entry; provide training and help optimize the contracts system.

Manage global tax activities with emphasis on transfer pricing and international tax. Execute transfer pricing processes, support US and foreign tax compliance, partner cross-functionally, and analyze intercompany pricing, documentation, and tax risks in a multinational environment.

Lead and strengthen financial compliance and internal controls (including SOX), oversee monthly close and reporting, support finance automation, manage audits and balance sheet reviews, and partner with global finance leaders to provide accounting insights for decision-making.

The Managing Director will lead a team of around 70 associates in driving revenue growth, strategic planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in Korea and North Asia.
