The role requires hands-on Java experience, AI application development, microservices, distributed systems, databases, CI/CD, DevOps, and scalable production-system design.

Serve as a strategic People Business Partner to executive leaders across global Corporate Functions. Develop workforce strategies, organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, executive coaching, and change management initiatives. Use workforce analytics, attrition data, hiring trends, generative AI, and automation to guide data-driven People decisions and improve HR effectiveness in a complex global matrix.

Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from planning through delivery. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and business teams; manage roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance, financial planning, and executive communications. Support strategic customer initiatives, improve delivery predictability, and drive AI-enabled program management practices and continuous improvement across globally distributed teams.

Lead and grow Sabre's strategic airline relationship with JetBlue by driving renewals, expanding product adoption, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Negotiate complex contracts, promote advanced retailing, dynamic pricing and NDC solutions, and apply generative AI and analytics to account planning and reporting to deliver commercial outcomes.

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team providing 24/7 Level 1 support for Sabre Red 360 and related applications. Own KPIs, staffing, coaching, incident supervision, customer escalations, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination to ensure stable, high-availability operations and strong customer relationships.

Guide regional clients through implementation, integration and testing of travel technology solutions. Deliver technical workshops and API demonstrations, troubleshoot multi-vendor systems (including GDS), drive product adoption, and partner with sales and product teams to translate technical details into business value using generative AI and automation tools.
