We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our global Digital Experience team, where innovation knows no borders. This team owns and scales whitelabel e-commerce and post-booking servicing products for leading global airline partners. It bridges complex backend capabilities with modern digital storefronts to deliver seamless traveler journeys. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, evolution and operational excellence of our Digital Experience (DX) and Digital Experience Check-In (DXCI) products across SabreSonic and SabreMosaic platforms. You will guide technical execution, lead agile scrum backlogs and support global clients as they transition toward modern Offer & Order retailing. This role requires strong technical depth, cross-functional leadership and the ability to align global stakeholders to deliver high-impact enterprise software solutions.
What you'll do
- Drive product vision, strategy and detailed roadmaps for Digital Experience across SabreSonic and SabreMosaic initiatives.
- Manage investment decisions, scoping and priority backlogs for scrum teams while writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide technical guidance, deliver scalable architectural solutions and maintain product quality.
- Engage directly with global customer touchpoints, focus groups and industry events to gather market insights and shape product direction.
- Lead product evolution as clients transition from legacy workflows toward modern Offer & Order retailing architectures.
- Analyze and resolve technical escalations and maintenance issues alongside commercial and delivery teams to ensure operational stability.
- Deliver product demonstrations for internal leadership and external global clients to showcase upcoming capabilities and enhancements.
