We are seeking a Product Technology Consultant to join our global Product and Technology Consulting team, where innovation knows no borders. This team helps customers integrate travel technology, optimize system architecture and achieve operational execution. It connects technical solutions directly to agency and enterprise business goals, so clients operate with confidence. As a Product Technology Consultant, you will guide regional clients through solution implementations, technical evaluations and system integrations. You will solve complex integration challenges, deliver technical workshops and drive product adoption across customer accounts. This role requires technical curiosity, strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to translate technical details into clear business value while guiding customers through operational change.
What you'll do
Guide regional clients through solution implementation, testing and technical configuration to maximize performance.
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations showing the value of Sabre Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Solve technical issues across front, mid and back-office tools to accelerate customer adoption.
Partner with sales and product teams to advocate customer needs and propose solution improvements.
Use generative AI and automated tools to isolate root causes and accelerate technical troubleshooting.
What you'll bring
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical consulting, system integration or solution engineering in travel technology or e-commerce.
Hands-on technical knowledge of REST and SOAP Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), XML and JSON structures and authentication protocols.
Proven success troubleshooting multi-vendor software ecosystems including Global Distribution System (GDS) platforms and booking tools.
Practical experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to streamline technical troubleshooting and support workflows.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical business owners and drive partner success.
