Provide high-level administrative support to the VP Commercial ENT International: manage calendars, travel, meetings, and team communications; coordinate onboarding and interviews; prepare reports and meeting materials (including survey analytics); organize global strategic meetings and events; process expenses and purchase orders; track action items and support process improvements. Occasional international travel (3–4 times/year).
