Provide mid-level immigration law support: independently manage cases, research complex immigration issues, prepare filings, supervise junior staff, maintain client relationships, meet productivity goals, and improve processes while ensuring compliance with firm protocols.

Prepare and file immigration petitions, gather and review documents, draft case materials, communicate with clients and foreign nationals, meet SLAs, compile case data and reports, follow firm policies and data privacy, and support team productivity.

Provide case management support in corporate immigration law: prepare and file visa applications, draft legal documents and client correspondence, conduct legal research, assist client interviews, and maintain client contact under supervision while receiving training.

Provide Australian immigration law advice, manage client portfolios and caseloads, cultivate client relationships, and deliver strategic solutions. Work collaboratively with senior staff, coach and develop team members, and operate independently with strong attention to detail, organisation, and client-focused communication in a hybrid Perth office environment.

Manage Japan visa and work permit processes for corporate clients, liaise with Japanese authorities, provide immigration guidance, ensure compliance, communicate with stakeholders, support key accounts, and mentor junior staff while contributing to process improvements.

Provide US consular visa coordination and administrative support for the Practice Leader/Associate: booking appointments across Asia-Pacific, communicating with consulates and clients, preparing emergency applications, updating Fragomen Connect, researching consular adjudication patterns, and maintaining SLAs and documentation.

Advise clients on Thailand work visa processes, draft and file visa applications, manage casework in Fragomen Connect, maintain client relationships, support billing and administrative coordination, and research immigration law under manager guidance.

Provide administrative support for immigration cases: draft German-language applications and support letters, maintain and audit client files and database, file applications, contact authorities, draft client updates, manage documents, and assist with ad-hoc projects to ensure timely, accurate case handling.

Provide immigration advice, prepare and submit visa and work permit applications, manage client relationships and SLAs, supervise casework, coordinate with authorities, support training and client-specific processes, and contribute to process improvement and reporting.
