Lead Customer Success strategy and execution to drive revenue growth, retention, and market expansion. Requires heavy travel within territory.

Work with clients, suppliers, and engineers to define system architecture and technical requirements for pump and artificial lift solutions. Develop product roadmaps, designs, and software for CBM, mine dewatering, and artificial lift applications. Support product deployment, field support, and customer-focused solutions.

Support design of fire‑fighting and hydropneumatic systems; perform warranty equipment inspections and diagnostics; conduct pump testing in tanks; use design software; read and interpret engineering drawings; apply problem‑solving methodologies.

Support system-level development and sustainment of integrated water pumping systems. Analyze requirements, perform root cause and failure-mode analysis, evaluate corrective actions and trade-offs, assist verification/validation and lab/field testing, and communicate findings across electrical, mechanical, controls, and application teams.

Lead the Customer Success function to drive retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Define strategy, track KPIs, act as voice-of-customer, and coach a team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Support Assistant Controller with recording accounting entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, preparing internal control documentation, and supporting audits. Position suited for accounting or business administration students or recent graduates; no prior experience required. On-site in García, Nuevo León; candidate must be over 18.

Serve as the technical and functional PLM resource: administer and configure PLM and engineering tools, resolve incidents (ServiceNow), manage licenses, lead upgrades/integrations, author SOPs and training, migrate CAD/parts data, and partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, infrastructure, and security to improve system performance and compliance.

Manage and grow residential and commercial water treatment sales through dealer and wholesale channels. Acquire and maintain PWQ dealer accounts, create forecasts and marketing strategies, develop collateral and online presence, conduct product training, and collaborate with marketing. Requires extensive territory travel (65%–80% overnight).
