Develop and manage residential and commercial water treatment sales through dealer and wholesale channels. Lead regional sales for submersible, mini, domestic and monoblock pumps across West Bengal, Odisha and Chhattisgarh. Drive revenue, expand dealer-distributor networks, develop channel partnerships, manage key accounts and government tenders, mentor sales teams, oversee collections and credit control, provide market intelligence, and ensure sales forecasting, reporting and CRM maintenance to meet profitability and growth targets.

Support operational and analytical activities: document and analyze processes, produce reports and indicators, assist continuous improvement and automation projects, perform data analysis and validation, maintain technical documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and follow safety and quality policies.

Lead Customer Success strategy and execution to drive revenue growth, retention, and market expansion. Develop KPIs, act as voice-of-customer, align customer expectations to internal processes, coach and develop the Customer Success team, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end, best-in-class customer experiences.

Work with clients, suppliers, and engineers to define system architecture and technical requirements for pump and artificial lift solutions. Develop product roadmaps, designs, and software for CBM, mine dewatering, and artificial lift applications. Support product deployment, field support, and customer-focused solutions.
