Manage end-to-end supply chain operations at an onsite food manufacturing plant, including planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and customer service. Lead a 30-35 person team, drive continuous improvement (5S), optimize costs and processes, monitor supplier KPIs, analyze logistics deductions, and collaborate cross-functionally and with strategic retail customers to support launches and sales initiatives.

Provide monthly trade spend analyses, ensure SOX-compliant journal entries and reconciliations, support SAP S/4HANA upgrade and master data governance, partner with Sales and Marketing, support audits and tax requests, and drive automation, analytics, and process improvements to strengthen margins and financial controls.

Design, build, and iterate data engineering pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support analytics and data science. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering solutions, promote self‑service analytics, define best practices, and support implementation using Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure components.
