We're hiring a Supply Chain Manager to work onsite at our food manufacturing plant in Centralia, IL. This role oversees Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Warehousing, and Transportation to ensure strong customer service performance while managing inventory and distribution costs. The Supply Chain Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager and serves as a key liaison with corporate teams to proactively resolve service, scheduling, and deployment issues.

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations: planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and customer service.

  • Lead teams in warehousing, receiving, planning, scheduling – typical rollup will be 30-35 in total

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S) by challenging existing processes and implementing innovative solutions.

  • Promote a customer-first mindset across supply chain functions.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with strategic retail customers and internal teams.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve service, scheduling, and deployment issues.

  • Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

  • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs; support supplier development.

  • Analyze logistics deductions and fees; identify and address root causes.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support sales initiatives by aligning supply chain strategies with business goals.

  • Lead demand planning for product launches, transitions, and discontinuations.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, including planning, transportation, or warehousing.

  • Proven leadership in cross-functional project management and process improvement.

  • Proficient in SAP (production planning and materials management); WMS experience preferred.

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP); proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to drive decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Familiarity with JIT principles and experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • APICS or similar certification preferred.

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Compensation 

Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
