The Principal Specialist, HR Operations drives operational excellence, enhances employee relations, and optimizes HR service delivery, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Design and oversee secure, scalable end-to-end architectures for classified digital services. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements, lead development teams, enforce security and compliance, perform architecture reviews, create documentation, mitigate technical risks, and mentor junior staff while driving innovation and integration across full-stack solutions.

Drive Azure/AWS platform engineering, automation, cybersecurity compliance (NIST 800-53, CMMC), cost optimization (FinOps), stakeholder engagement, and roadmap delivery while managing a deployment and sustainment team in hybrid classified environments.

Lead Industry 4.0 technical excellence across enterprise manufacturing: drive automation and digital thread initiatives, support factory automation deployments, develop connected-factory metrics and dashboards, chair cross-functional councils, enable producibility and MBDMI, and coordinate site-level implementation and continuous improvement.

Onsite Windows desktop system administrator responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows 11 workstations and related hardware/software. Manage accounts and group policy via Active Directory, deploy devices with Intune/SCCM, apply updates and security patches, automate tasks with PowerShell, and collaborate with IT/security for incident response, DR, and hardware lifecycle management. Requires active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Lead Collins' conflict-of-interest and post-government employment programs: conduct COI reviews, advise leadership, coordinate with Legal/HR, respond helpline inquiries, implement mitigation, analyze trends, improve policies, training, and related processes.
