Lead financial program cost controls for multiple DoD contracts: prepare cost/schedule reporting, perform variance analysis, maintain budget/EAC tracking, partner with PMs/CAMs/IPTs, and support monthly forecasting and long-range financial planning.

Design, implement, and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (MobileIron, Intune, etc.). Serve as SME for storage hardware and backup tools (Veeam, Veritas, NetApp), oversee daily backups and recovery testing, optimize capacity and performance, maintain governance and documentation, support upgrades/deployments, mentor team members, and collaborate with architecture, network, vendors and program leadership in a 24×7 operational environment.

Manage and support Industry 4.0 manufacturing applications (Teamcenter PLM, Solumina MES), provide second-level production support, maintain/upgrades/patches, ensure integrations, collaborate with operations and remote admin teams, and support off-hours maintenance.

Design, configure, and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions for Order-to-Cash and Logistics. Gather requirements, perform configuration, testing, production support, troubleshooting (including SMARTFORMS), and collaborate with MM, FI/CO, GTS, and global teams. Provide timely issue resolution and occasional alternate shifts to align with US time zones.
