Own post-sale customer narrative to grow advocacy and expansion: build reference programs, create ROI-driven case studies and content, run adoption campaigns and email journeys, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer lifetime value and upsell opportunities.

Lead post-sale customer marketing to scale advocacy, adoption, and expansion. Build and manage customer reference programs, interview customers and produce ROI-driven case studies and testimonials, design engagement campaigns (newsletters, webinars, user groups) to increase feature utilization and LTV, collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Management, Product and Marketing, and create customer-facing collateral and adoption toolkits using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.

Lead and grow a team of 6–12 software engineers, drive project execution from planning to delivery, maintain technical standards and architecture, collaborate with Product and Design, conduct performance management and career development, recruit and retain talent, and improve engineering processes and team culture.

Build and optimize high-volume web applications using .NET, Node, React and AWS; maintain and improve existing systems; troubleshoot bugs; perform code reviews; mentor junior engineers; participate in on-call rotation; and improve scalability and performance.
