Lead partner development and ecosystem activation across Korea. Own multi-year partner strategy to drive partner-sourced ACV and pipeline, recruit and qualify partners, manage joint business plans and governance, enable partner capability and delivery quality, manage partner-sourced opportunities with sales, coordinate enablement/marketing/customer success, represent Workday to partners and C-suite, and coach junior partner managers.

Design, build, and operate scalable, resilient microservices on AWS and Kubernetes. Own services end-to-end including incident response and reliability improvements. Collaborate with product and design, write maintainable code, build frontend interfaces as needed, support release planning, and improve team tooling and processes.

Lead design and build of scalable, high-concurrency backend systems for candidate-matching solutions. Own architecture, implementation, and global delivery; ensure production excellence with testing, observability, and CI/CD. Integrate AI/ML features and third-party APIs, manage message brokers and data stores, mentor engineers, and drive system evolution on Kubernetes.

Generate new business by prospecting and inbound calling into enterprise accounts, build relationships with prospects and executive sponsors, use consultative selling to position Workday versus legacy solutions, and coordinate with EMEA account executives and internal teams to drive sales activity.

Lead cross-functional teams to build and operate AI-powered HR and finance agents integrated into the Workday platform. Own design, development, production operations, mentor engineers, and implement scalable, observable SaaS solutions using modern full-stack and cloud technologies.

Drive net-new revenue by targeting and closing large enterprise accounts. Develop account and territory strategies, coordinate with pre-sales, sell Workday cloud ERP/HCM/financial solutions, negotiate with C-suite executives, manage long deal cycles, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data.

Design and build core ML systems for AI agents, managing the lifecycle from problem framing to deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable and enterprise-ready.
