Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain end-to-end software solutions. Troubleshoot incidents, define technical requirements, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to delivery, architecture, and team practices using cloud, API, and observability tooling.

Manage and resolve auto liability claims by investigating coverage, determining liability, evaluating reserves, negotiating settlements, and documenting files. Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and vendors; coordinate with investigators and legal, identify potential fraud, and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Design, implement, test, and maintain cloud-native software solutions. Troubleshoot complex defects, build APIs and integrations, enable AI/LLM capabilities, mentor junior engineers, contribute to CI/CD and observability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable systems.
