Provide on-site legal office support operating high-volume copiers, scanners, and mail equipment; perform binding, scanning/OCR, FTP transfers, filing, shipping/receiving, supply management, customer service, and basic document production while handling confidential legal materials and meeting tight deadlines.

Sell consultative Ricoh solutions by developing new and existing customer relationships, uncovering business needs, delivering solution-based proposals and presentations, and driving account growth through strategic engagement and relationship building.

Provides high-level pre and post-sales support for digital copiers and printers. Responsible for staff performance monitoring, training, mentoring, troubleshooting, and technical documentation creation, while overseeing daily operations and ensuring equipment functionality.

Operate and maintain high-volume digital printers, copiers, scanners, and finishing equipment; produce, bind, and deliver professional documents; perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting; manage shipping/receiving and supply inventories; respond to customer requests; support meeting room setups and office services; maintain production records and escalate equipment issues.

Assist Finance and IT teams with ERP and reporting systems, data cleansing and conversion, system testing, data validation, documentation, and support automation and AI-enabled financial analysis initiatives.
