The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for solving critical business challenges and developing new and expanded customer relationships. This role focuses on understanding customers' business environments and aligning Ricoh solutions to support their mission-critical goals and objectives. Success in this role requires building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers while identifying opportunities to grow Ricoh's market share.
Key Responsibilities Business Development- Develop new business opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts.

- Foundational understanding of profit and loss (P&L) concepts.
- Ability to research, analyze, and understand customer organizations to facilitate meaningful business conversations.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple accounts while maintaining strong attention to detail.

- Working knowledge of the solution design and consultative sales process.
