Manage full order lifecycle from booking to billing and funding, liaise with Sales and cross-functional teams, ensure order accuracy, process orders in Oracle, resolve billing disputes, generate reports, and train/support colleagues to meet KPIs and cycle-time targets while delivering excellent customer service.
