Provide technical and functional support for the IMS (OnBase) platform by troubleshooting application issues, resolving customer incidents, and communicating status. Serve as primary case owner, collaborate with Development/QA, document troubleshooting and resolutions, follow escalation procedures, mentor peers, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders in Technology and Data Solutions. Lead employee relations and investigations, support talent acquisition, workforce planning, learning and development, change management, HR analytics, and cross-functional HR projects. Mentor HR colleagues and drive people strategies that align with business objectives and organizational transformation.

Coordinate and distribute remittance processing work, monitor workloads to meet deadlines, answer basic employee questions, align resources with priorities, and support transmission of customer files. Performs duties across Processing Specialist levels under supervisor guidance.

Design, develop, test, and document software in collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. Troubleshoot bugs, participate in Agile ceremonies and technical design, write secure code (OWASP-aware), and support CI/CD, unit and integration testing. Continuously improve coding skills and respond to QA/support-identified issues.
