Oversees imports and exports, broker interactions, documentation, internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance training. Partners with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Tax, and customs brokers to manage regulatory risks, improve processes, and optimize compliant duty savings across Mexico operations.

Own and develop the roadmap for Advanced Safety products, including ADAS driving features, parking, mapping, localization, and turnkey systems. Define technical requirements, analyze markets and customer needs, build business cases, prioritize use cases, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, customers, and executives. Lead technical research, product strategy, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional efforts to deliver automotive software products.

Leads strategy, governance, lifecycle management, and delivery of scalable demo experiences. Coordinates product, engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure demos are accurate, stable, compelling, and aligned with business priorities. Establishes demo operations, readiness programs, repositories, success metrics, training, documentation, and continuous-improvement processes while managing demo roadmaps, environments, releases, and stakeholder requests.

Lead multiple engineering teams and managers to deliver business commitments, customer milestones, and product objectives. Oversee roadmap execution, resource allocation, delivery performance, quality, budgets, workforce planning, and organizational health. Develop engineering leaders, build team capability, resolve escalated delivery issues, maintain stakeholder alignment, drive technical excellence, ensure process compliance, and lead continuous improvement across complex international engineering environments.
