Leads EMEA tax planning, transfer pricing governance, international tax projects, APAs, MAPs, audits, controversy matters, and dispute resolution. Partners with Treasury, Finance, Legal, tax authorities, external advisors, and senior leadership on cross-border financing, treaty, withholding tax, OECD, and tax governance issues across multiple jurisdictions.

Develop and lead mechanical product designs for automotive electrical centers and related assemblies. Perform FEA, thermal, Moldflow, tolerance stack, DFMEA, validation, and DFM analyses. Coordinate with manufacturing, electrical, systems, testing, and project management teams to meet technical, cost, timing, and manufacturing requirements. Prepare design documentation, estimates, RFQs, validation plans, and customer presentations while supporting design reviews and vehicle or bench builds.

Prepares SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, with XBRL exhibits; interprets SEC and accounting requirements; reviews investor communications; supports audits and SOX compliance; improves reporting processes; and prepares financial statements for the Aptiv Foundation.

Develop tooling, equipment, and process cost estimates for metal stamping operations and new business opportunities. Design and improve progressive stamping dies, evaluate manufacturing feasibility, build business cases, support capital investment decisions, and coordinate tool development, validation, and launch activities. The role collaborates with global engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, suppliers, finance, and leadership teams while supporting continuous improvement, troubleshooting, cost reduction, and production optimization across facilities.

Develops metal stamping tooling, manufacturing process improvements, cost estimates, and business cases for new business, localization, and capital investment projects. Designs progressive stamping dies, evaluates manufacturing feasibility, supports quotations and tool launches, analyzes technical and financial risks, and coordinates suppliers and global engineering teams. The role also supports continuous improvement, capital appropriation, production validation, and plant troubleshooting, with domestic and international travel as needed.

Develop AI and machine learning solutions for ADAS and automated driving systems. Apply computer vision, deep learning, multimodal learning, foundation models, and temporal modeling to automotive datasets and production applications. Implement, train, and evaluate models, translate research into practical systems, and collaborate with researchers and engineers. Work may involve perception, prediction, planning, autonomous systems, model optimization, and deployment for customer vehicles.

Lead the development and scaling of Aptiv's shared services model, ensuring efficiency and business value through service transitions and team leadership. Drive enterprise-wide change initiatives and oversee program management across functions like Finance and HR.
